An artist who paints, an engineer who builds bridges, a writer of books, a city planner, a dancer who choreographs - all show their thoughts, priorities and values by what the focus on, produce, and by the effect of their works.
God is the Creator. And By what is created we can know something about the Maker.
“because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse “ Romans 1:19-20

Psalm 19 states that God’s work glorifies Him. This means that honor, worship and praise is proclaimed at all times by God’s Creation for God because of How God IS and what He has done. Psalm 98, Isaiah 55:8-12, Psalm 8, Psalm 33:1-15, John 1:1-5, 10, 14; Colossians 1:13-17, Psalm 104, Psalm 135, Psalm 148, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Psalm 150
the Lord, O my soul! O Lord my God, You are very great:
Psalm 19 is split into two sections –
1. God communicating through His Created Nature.
What may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, Romans 1:18-21
2. God communicating through His Inspired Word, the Bible.
"Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet's own interpretation. For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit." 2 Peter 1:20-21
“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:15-17
I know that the Lord
is great, And our Lord is above all gods.
The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork.
Day unto day utters speech, And night unto night reveals knowledge.
There is no speech nor language Where their voice is not heard.
Their line has gone out through all the earth, And their words to the end of the world. (1)
In them He has set a tabernacle for the sun, Which is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, And rejoices like a strong man to run its race.
Its rising is from one end of heaven, And its circuit to the other end; And there is nothing hidden from its heat. (2)
The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul;
The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple;
The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart;
The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes;
The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever;
The judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.
More to be desired are they than gold, Yea, than much fine gold;
Sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.
Moreover by them Your servant is warned,
And in keeping them there is great reward. (3)
Who can understand his errors? (4)
Cleanse me from secret faults.
Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins;
Let them not have dominion over me.
Then I shall be blameless,
And I shall be innocent of great transgression.
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
Be acceptable in Your sight,
O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer. (5)

The Law of the Lord is the Word of God, the Bible. While what is created
expresses the character of the Creator, so the Word of God is another expression
of the Creator.
The Word of God produces Action because it is alive and active, and will accomplish what God intends it to do within a person, we should pay close attention to the Word of God. Hebrews 4:12-13, Isaiah 55:6-11
Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD! Psalm 150:6
Jesus received a similar reaction to His creative works - “Then, as He was now drawing near the descent of the Mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works they had seen, saying: “ ‘Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the LORD!’ Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!” And some of the Pharisees called to Him from the crowd, “Teacher, rebuke Your disciples.” But He answered and said to them, “I tell you that if these should keep silent, the stones would immediately cry out.” Luke 19:37-40, Psalm 118:26
Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Bless the Lord, all His works, In all places of His dominion. Bless the Lord, O my soul! Psalm 103:1-2,22
Glory by the Holman Bible Dictionary
The weighty importance and shining majesty which accompany God's presence. …The verb thus often comes to mean, “give weight to, honor” (Exodus 20:12; 1 Samuel 15:30; Psalm 15:4; Proverbs 4:8; Isaiah 3:5 ).
“To give glory” is to praise, to recognize the importance of another, the weight the other carries. In the Psalms people give such glory to God, that is they recognize the essential nature of His Godness that gives Him importance and weight in relationship to the human worshiping community. (Compare Psalm 22:23; Psalm 86:12; Isaiah 24:15.)
At times God creates glory for Himself (Exodus 14:4, Exodus 14:17; Ezekiel 28:22 ). As one confesses guilt and accepts rightful punishment, one is called upon to recognize the righteousness and justice of God and give Him glory (Joshua 7:19; 1 Samuel 6:5 ). God thus reveals His glory in His just dealings with humans. He also reveals it in the storms and events of nature (Psalm 29:1; compare Isaiah 6:1 ).
Such revelation does not, however, reveal all of God, for no person can see the entirety of the divine glory, not even Moses (Exodus 33:17-23 ).
